In hip hop, the cap is part of the expression – and a small sign that you belong.

HIP HOP PRO is for teens, adults, B-boys and B-girls – for you who want to express your own style. Clean and simple: “HIP HOP” in white block letters above a big white “PRO”, slightly slanted, with a small gold line. Inspired by the original HIP HOP PRO cap from the ’80s.

Behind Kulturspiren is Fredrik Otterbech, Norwegian breakdance champion in 1984, who has lived with breaking and hip hop for more than four decades. He wants to take care of the culture and pass it on to new generations: the joy, the community and the respect for each other.

  • Black Yupoong Classic Dad Hat with embroidered design on the front (white thread with a small gold detail)
  • 100% cotton twill (chino), soft and unstructured, 6 panels and low profile
  • Adjustable strap with metal buckle, one size fits most
  • Shipping is included in the price
  • Made only when you order, so nothing is produced unnecessarily. That is why delivery takes a little longer.

Bonus: 12% off the book
The book is not included in this product, and it is not finished yet. When you buy this, you get a code for 12% off the book “The Power of Attention in Light and Darkness” (Norwegian title: «Oppmerksomhetens kraft i lys og mørke»). The code comes in your order confirmation email. You can use it now to pre-order the book – the digital edition is sent to you as soon as it is finished. Or you can use the code when the book comes out. The printed book is planned for summer 2027, maybe sooner – it may take a little longer because it goes through a publisher, but it will also be sent to you when it is ready. The digital edition will probably come earlier, because printing takes time.
