An advent calendar with dance! From December 1 to 24 your child gets one short move or exercise every day – with 3 simple steps, a tip about safety or warm-up and a box to check off. At the end there is a certificate to fill in.

Suitable for: kids from about age 7 together with an adult. No experience needed. The moves build on the guide “Breaking step by step” and the 30-Day Breaking Challenge – but the calendar can also be used on its own.
