Thank you for shopping at Kulturspiren!
Where do I find my download?
Right after purchase you receive an email with the subject “Your downloads are ready”. Tap the link, then “Last ned nå” (Download now). The link only comes by email, not on the order status page. You can download as many times as you like. Nothing is sent by post.
Which language?
You get one ZIP file (about 70 MB) with all 7 languages, so wifi is recommended. Open or unpack the ZIP (on iPhone/iPad: tap it in the Files app; on Android/PC: open the ZIP) and choose the PDF ending in your language: Norwegian (-no), English (-en), Swedish (-sv), Danish (-da), German (-de), Japanese (-ja), Chinese (-zh).
Didn't get the email?
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- The link is not shown on the order status page – it only comes by email.
- Write to fredrikotterbech8@gmail.com or use the contact page, and include your order number. We'll help you.
Format
The guide is a PDF (A4, 47 pages). It opens on phone, tablet and computer, and you can print it yourself. Nothing digital is sent by post. Caps and mugs in bundles are sent by post.
