3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown at checkout before you pay, including any VAT and shipping. Payment is made through the payment solutions at checkout.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered as a download link by email. Physical items are made to order and shipped from our producer. See the shipping policy for delivery times.

5. Right of withdrawal, returns and complaints

For the digital guide, the right of withdrawal lapses when the download starts, because by purchasing you agree to immediate delivery. For caps and mugs, a 14-day right of withdrawal and the right to complain under the Consumer Purchases Act apply. See the refund policy for details.

6. Use of the digital guide

The guide is for personal use in your own household. You may print it as many times as you like for your own use. It is not permitted to share, resell or publish the file or the link. Content, text and illustrations are protected by copyright.

7. Safety

Breaking and electric boogie are physical activities. Warm up, follow the safety advice in the guide and have an adult present when children train. You train at your own risk, and we are not liable for injuries resulting from incorrect use or failure to follow the advice.

8. Privacy

We process personal data as described in the privacy policy.

9. Disputes

Contact us first and we will find a solution. You can also complain to the Norwegian Consumer Authority and the Consumer Complaints Committee, or use the EU online dispute resolution platform. Norwegian law applies.
