Behind Kulturspiren is Fredrik Otterbech, winner of the Norwegian breakdance championship in 1984 and a dance teacher for children and young people for many years. He wants to preserve breakdance and hip hop culture and pass it on to a new generation: joy, motivation, community and respect.
